OM642 CLS 350 Turbo Intake Gasket

When refitting, that orange turbo inlet seal should be fitted into the batwing first to make sure it's seated correctly 👍

Agreed, did that went refitting.
It was left sitting on the turbo when I pulled off the bat wing.

So I took to old PCV off today ready for delivery of new one from MB.

I notice the old one has a little sealant dabbed on opposite ends. Is this required when replacing?

Hi there reading this old thread, I see you changed your PCV, I'm trying to do mine on a 2012 e350cdi diesel and can't get a socket or spanner in the lower screw and if I do, no room to turn. Any tips please?

I think from memory you can use a 10mm or similar ratchet spanner and it will bite enough to undo / tighten
