Hi, could someone please tell me the difference between a om651 911 and om651 925.
my engine is a 651911 with seized crank due to bearings and have an option of buying a 651925, same e250 blue efficiency and same model year. Will it be a straight swap or do i swap the fuel pump and turbo along with all the sensors?

The loom maybe different. A garage local to us had the same issue and they ended up swapping over so much stuff. Get the correct engine if you can with EVERYTHING bolted to it.

According to that the OM651.911 is the C250 and the OM651.925 is the CD200, they have different fuel injectors and possibly some external other differences.

But internally they should be the same.
Hopefully somebody on here can confirm.
