My w212 om651 is leaking oil from the back of the head! I am thinking of changing 1. chain case cover 2. Valve cover gasket... Am i right about changing them? Is there any possible spot that could be leaking?

The cam chain tensioner is a possible, but soon enough I would imagine you would hear the chain rattling.

These any use?

It's my uncles car and he came for me to fix it and as soon as I lifted the car oil started leaking on my driveway rear of the block, oil pan, transmission are covered in oil. I saw under the car and I saw fresh oil behind the head area. I didn't ask him about rattling noise...... The car has approx 700k kms
Any other possible spots oil could leak from that area? Just to change everything I can so it doesn't leak there any time soon!

I will probably change the chain cover gasket and valve cover gasket... the car has a code about the dpf pressure low. Can this blow out the chain cover gasket because of the exhaust fumes going to the egr?

No oil leak from EGR, just exhaust or coolant.
Low DPF? Is this possibly not low pressure, but resistance due to faulty DP sensor (not unusual).

Rear right, cable goes to cam chain adjuster. I would start be feeling round there for oil egress.
Cam cover gasket could easily be the issue, are the bolts tight (9Nm). If ordering some caution there are 2 types.

Rear caps are same torque.
You would do well to remove those in situ.
All easily stripped threads in head.

Oil was in the drivers side/left side motor mount too! could it be the valve cover gasket? Or the tensioner?

212 with the OM651 engine had a batch where the timing chain tensioner was incorrectly torqued. They are prone to coming loose and leaking oil
