The car is due an MoT and the garage I usually use is fully booked for the next two weeks so, I thought, try Mercedes. Imagine my delight when yesterday I was able to book it in for tomorrow (Thursday) as later confirmed by email and text. Seems almost too good to be true and of course it was. This morning I received a phone call from the dealership, the online system doesn’t talk to their system and they can’t do tomorrow. Best they can do is next week which is OK but why have a booking system that is detached from reality?
