I have a 2014 w207, parking sensors work both front and rear auto park but once I drive over the permitted speed they shut down as they are supposed too but when I slow down they don’t come back in instead I get a red fault, after a short time in park they start to work again until I drive over the speed limit shut off and slow down again.
I’ve had code reader plugged in, it’s saying I have can fault to ground.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to getting hold of a wiring diagram for parking sensors
Thanks in advance Dave

Have you checked each sensor using the scanner on your c207 ?

I have replaced all 6 front sensors but still getting fault, its saying its a can fault on the front wiring to parking sensors, distronic radar has the same can fault as they share the same can line and bumper wiring loom.

This has been a problem now for over a year My first code reader said front sensor fault, as I had the bumper off I decided to replace them all, then I took it to Mercedes independent who used star and told me I had can wiring fault on front parking sensors and front radar, the can only goes to radar on front loom as far as I can see so wondering if I have a problem between that and wherever it goes in the car.
My plan was to bypass the can wiring and run new to radar and parking sensor control unit in passenger footwell.
What’s strange is it works and will even self park, it only fails when i go over the shut off speed then when i slow back down I get beep two red lights on front and rear parking display also parking on/off button goes red, but if I sit for a few minutes all back to normal again.
