I assume that Netrix was trying to access the w140 section of the site since thats his car model. It should be pointed out that the data on the site varies according to its content. The oldest models 190 w124 w126 seem to based on online copies of the US twin CD OFFICIAL workshop manuals readily available on Ebay. the w210 w140 info seems to be based on a web based info system which reacts differently. I run an older version of acrobat and the error message I get is " the security plug in required by this commmand is unavailable" My guess is that without this security device/dongle /whatever you wont be able to access the data.
