Problem, wont start. ☹

Are you saying that the main cooling fan is running while the car is off and locked?
Yes, but only very slowly and intermittently say every 5 secs, it's stopped now the charger is off, but it's been running all night, and the night before, I presume that's what flattened the battery in the first place. Just need to get it started, to get it down, to the garage.
 
Yes, you can jump start it. There will almost certainly be two connection terminals under the bonnet; the positive will be in a little box with a red top, and you slide the top back to access the actual connection terminal, and the negative will be a little bare metal post close by.

Ok, went to see indie he said the battery won't charge if the fan is running, that's probably obvious, but wasn't to me, 🙄 so he said disconnect the fan, as E55BOF already suggested, but I didn't know how to, so he showed me where it was, so battery now on charge (again) with the fan disconnected, I'll let it charge overnight and try it tommorow morning. 🤞🙂
 
Car started this morning, after 18 hrs charging, didn't think it was going to, as the charger was showing only 25% charge, but anyway it did, so I'll drop it off to the garage, and let him sort it. 🤞🙂
 
If it only reached 25% charge after 18 hrs, unless the charger was a very low-output trickle charger, it's had it. New battery and sort out the fan, and you'll be good to go.
 
Problem traced to a faulty fan switch, the battery is ok, so he's ordered the switch , should be here Monday, meanwhile he said I can still use the car no problem, just don't get stuck in a traffic jam. 🙂
Problem now fully fixed.🙂👍
