I am looking for a rear diffuser or lower bumper trim (whatever the correct name is) that will have the "cut-outs" for the quad exhaust pipes.
Currently I have the CLK55 with the twin exhaust pipes on the NSR, but its booked in for a stainless system soon. So I either need to make a "template" and cut the bumper or replace the lower section if possible?

Advice?

Get the Reg of a Clk63 and call up mb and order it, will be less than £100

I just got my garage to cut it to mirror the other side:

Here's a question one of you guy's may know the answer to. Is it possible to change the rear diffuser on a W209 without removing the bumper ??

Yes, if you have a lift and remove the rear exhaust + hanger, otherwise it will be near on impossible to unclip it.

Removing a bumper is a fairly simple job BTW.
