Quirk?

Just driving along a quiet 30 mph stretch of road I put the speed limiter on approx 28 mph, traffic then got too busy so I cancelled it. Almost immediately I got warnings of ABS, BAS, ESP all malfunctioning with "Visit Workshop" messages displayed. Gulp!!

I later turned off the engine waited a bit and then restarted, all seemed to be ok... Anyone else come across this behaviour?

At this point in time I would just call it a glitch that occurred, if it does it again then start thinking about.

The speed limiter uses the speed signals that are used for the ABS etc

Thanks for the reply Malcolm. I had been "trying everything out" earlier in the journey in our 'new' (2002) 320Cdi so that might have some bearing on it.

Still in the shakedown phase of ownership, but what a lovely car so far.
