My wife has decided that the ride quality in her R171 SLK is too hard for her.
The car was fitted with the sports suspension option pack from new, so today I spent the morning replacing all the springs and dampers with genuine Merc replacement items for the standard suspension variant.
Consequently I have a complete sets of sports springs and dampers which are now surplus to requirements. They are to the best of my knowledge original hence have done 56,000 miles.
Unsure what to ask but I think £250 is reasonable. Do you agree?
I’m based in North West Hampshire and can probably arrange (free) delivery along M3/M4 corridor. Elsewhere I’d package them up if you can arrange a courier collection.
