Can anyone help me with a radio code for my audio 10 CD radio, I disconnected the battery and put in the code I had in the radio manual but it wont accept it, I can only think the radio was changed at some point. I have tried on-line for a code but nobody seems to have the code for this model -MF2910
Serial No-AL291020741433.
Thanks.

Do you know the VIN of the car (I'm not going to post the code, just curious. I don't think it is appropriate to post codes without proof of ownership)?

Try 42114

Try? Did you get it from vedoc or from a calculator?

Hi,
Yes,I have the VIN,I have tried dozens of sites on the internet and most have codes for every radio except the AUDIO 10 for some reason! I dont know why but this model seems to be an oddball. The reason why I have not tried the main dealer is I live in a remote area and it`s a day trip to get there so failing everything else I will wait till I am going to town and visit the dealer.

You've got an Alpine radio and many sited try to use calculators that work on the radio serial number. These do not work for Alpine radios.

If it was an original radio for your car, you can find the correct code with the car VIN. Easiest at your MB dealer but if you can provide proof of ownership, you would have other options too.

Did you try the above link for your code? It worked for my Audio 10.
Hi Spike,
I have tried that site and it does list the Audio 10 but not the Audio 10 CD.

Hi,
I did what Diesel Benz suggested and went to the dealer with my proof of ownership and got the code in a couple of minutes, easy!
Thanks.

Code calculators do not work on Alpine radios. If it is the original radio, the code can be found with the car VIN. If it isn't original, you could ask it from a dealer if they have a person who knows how to use VeDoc.

You would need to prove it is your car/radio.

This site might help.
www.radio-code.lt

Register for free, and type Alpine in the search box.
When Alpine sets are displayed, hover your mouse over each model to see(pictures displayed) exactly which one is yours. Then type in the serial# in the box and the code should appear.

As above, it may not work with an Alpine.
