Re tuning my Dab on media system

Can anyone tell me how to retune my DAB stations on my media system as some sound a bit iffy, so I want to do a retune and start again, it's a CLA 2022. Can't find it in manual.

Thanks for that but it doesn't show how to do a full retune of all DAB programs just like when new, it was done by dealer before I collected it.
