Re=Wiring

Hi All
I have got a 2003 C Class Saloon and the fault light keeps on and I had to send it away for diagnosis and They have come back to me and said that the oil has leaked and has damaged the wiring.
Is there someone out there nearer to Croydon who would help me out with this repair and the cost associated with changing the wiring if need be please and I would be grateful for your help.
