Hmm, wouldn't want to bet my house on it, but I don't think I've seen another W210 E50 here in the UK before. Might be others, but I've never seen them :)

That sold out of BCA Blackbushe a couple of weeks ago.....the seller has been mentioned before on this forum and also goes under the other names of "apairofpumpkins" (now come up as No Longer a Registered User) and "stirlingcars"....although I see that they are now registered on e-bay for this listing, as being in Bournemouth....not sure that is actually the case as they trade from Reading.

I had a quick look at the car in the car park as I walked past, and it was quite a nice looking motor.

A LHD car like that is worth substantially more if sold in Germany than here.
For example cars similar to my old bangers typically list for around 4500-4900 euros in the German autotraders which is 300% more than I could get here !
 
Vlad, can you remember what it went for at BCA ?

I remember Sterling cars always sprayed the engines with water to make them look shiny and new. Magic water. The reality of course is they just get the cars delivered from auction and bung them straight onto ebay.
When the negative feedback gets to high they start afresh with a new id.

That's true. See my last post here for other user IDs. They've been changing their name quite a bit recently...makes one wonder.

What is wrong about starting another post about the same vehicle that keeps cropping up. After all this is a forum which encourages discussion, not childish comments.
I rather think comments such as yours are less likely to cause offence if left unsaid!

They'll have either had a customer from hell who's expecting whatever piece of auction fodder they got at a knock down price to be the best car in the world, or a competitor keeps supergrassing them to ebay...

Lose one account on ebay and you're never allowed back, you can get banned for *1* bad feedback...
 
Yes it is a forum a place to discuss and comment.

And my observations and comments are that you have started two threads about a car for sale.

If you have nothing to do with the car, then fair enough, dont get touchy.:p

There was a silver one i used to see *very* occasionally on Hampton High Street a few years ago .... never seen another.

You just use multiple accounts. I have one where the quality stuff is listed and one for the stuff that may get neg feedback.The registered addresses are the same. Ebay represent the seller so they don't stop this practice.

Personally I'm surprised ebayites bid on high mileage specialist cars like this one without an inspection. Looks a million dollars but......
