Red band?

Fit SL55 Lights on, tinting is, well a bit Barry

I don't think the red band would suit, nothing else on the car has red, so it'd just look like you've put odd wheels on it.

Also, IMO smoked rear lights are the cheapest chav-tastic look around.

Spend your money getting an SL55 Kit aswell. which will beef up the look of the car.

Tinted rear lights was ok 15 years ago.

I wasn't going to blacken the rear lights, just smoke them like the 55's. I can't justify buying a new set!
I was thinking of going for the stealth look, all black with just a hint of colour, maybe the calipers red or even yellow! To match the red rim.
I won't do anything that isn't reversible.

IMO, keep it looking like a posh car. Stealth look just looks like it's been ruined.

It's very rare a "stealth look" car actually looks badass. Usually just looks ruined, liked only by it's owner.

Yes I get that, at the moment all it has is black wheels, and an updated grill.
I like it as it is but want to play too I don't want to go over the top but also don't want a Base SL

Must agree with you Matt regarding the dechroming! Just had all the chrome on the ML wrapped in gloss black, it's a subtle but noticeable change, plus it matches the CLS now!

I like the red,!
It looks high at the back because of the floor, there is a step from gravel to concrete

I think the red rim looks good. As does the dechroming, guess with wrapping the chrome, you can always revert it back to standard should you choose!
