My W213 had a windscreen replacement several weeks back, the rain/light sensor then didn’t work correctly, mostly the rain sensor, the sealed unit had gotten an air bubble trapped inside, odd.
The new sensor arrived today, was fitted and plugged in, but the car stayed the lights sensor is inoperative.
I have booked the car in for it to be re-calibrated.
When the old sensor was taken out and unplugged, this issue never came up, but this new sensor it does. Is that normal, or is something else amiss?
