Correct, it has door frames and a hatchback boot, which coupés do not have!

A while back there were rumours that there was not going to be a C204.
C Class coupe looks more like a hatch where if MB really wanted to make a proper C Class coupe then it would just be a saloon with two doors BUT would wipe out or cross the territory of the CLK!!! CLK is MBs “marketing” to compete with BMWs 3 series coupe BUT C class is “marketed” to compete with the 3 series saloon...

It's strange that Mercedes did not make a C Class coupe (same size/shape as the saloon) which BMW have done for the entire 3 series range saloon/coupe/compact.

Our info is that the new CLK will be 207-series (C207 for the Coupe, A207 for the Cabrio).

I'm sure the definitions of the coupe can be used against known coupe models. But the proportions of those cars are sleek and sporty, the C-class coupe isn't long and sleek enough....3dr Astra looks more like a coupe...it's still not called one though.
