Reversing Camera & Radio not working

Hi All,
First post on here as a newbie CL500 owner....Had the car in at the detailers for full valet, detail and ceramic coating to try and protect the Mocha Blackpaint work and when I picked it up neither the radio or the reversing camera works. The car was stood a week, and starts first time but the detailers say they've not disconnected the batter or interfered with electric at all. Would appreciate any clues as to what it could be.
