I suspect you're right there, let me just overtake as slowly as I can, because I can. Then Mr truck driving hillbilly sees read and carried out a pit manoeuvre.

Makes a change from the usual situation in the UK whereby they just undertake and cut in haha.

Overtaking slowly like that on the interstates is normal in the USA, everyone is sat on cruise control.
