hi travelling 1200km a week through twisty mountain roads my passenger has been getting car sick. he says the van sways alot .need some info on springs and sway bar .looked into eibach item. need something done . dont really want to slow down. Will the lowering springs do the trick?

Smoother driving style required 'me thinks' ..... if you want a race car then perhaps buy one ... if you want a van then you have one ... if you change the suspension to 'race spec' I have the funny feeling that you may lose the feeling in your nether end :)

Changing the springs will transform the drive in a vito to how is should be.
You will lose that as sea feeling!
Go for a quality spring, I use Spax buy I have also used H&R, both very good.
Don't for get setup after fitting them.

yep l know its a van but traffic must keep moving when the speed limit is 110 kmph

thanks sounds like a good alternative to eibach

Never had any issues with the suspension on our 120 ... corners fine, even when driven 'enthusiastically' :dk:

Had it up to 120-ish mph on the autobahn and it felt really stable.

Running higher tyre pressures than the plated ones though.

The thing is you don't miss what you have never had.

There's certainly none of the 'at sea feeling' or 'swaying' mentioned; of course you can't bung it into a bend like the SL but it's twice the height. It's comparable to our Audi I would say.

maybe l am a little enthusiastic sometimes l think lm in the 911 and with the compact and 500nm on tap it certainly likes to move.
