rough idle on w203 1.8 kompressor

Hi, my 2006 1.8 kompressor is shaking at idle and misfiring(check engine light goes on and off) and smells like unburned gas.
Replaced one ignition coil that i thought was bad, was covered in oil, still the same problem.
Spark plugs were changed 10k km ago.
Throttle body was cleaned, still same problem.
Timing chain was checked last year, mechanic said it was 2 dots off, could go to 5 before it needs changing.
What could be the issue ?

if it threw an engine light there will be a code stored in the ecu, do you have a code reader?

I had my timing chain, tensioners and 2 sprockets(out of 3?) replaced, car runs fine now, but still have this sound on cold startup for 1-2 secs. Does anyone know if it could damage the engine/new chain, or its fine ?
