This looks like it taps into the feed going to the lcd screen rather than integrating with the Comand unit itself. I would steer clear...

did you look at the web link then go to w221 it shows you in the downloadable manual pdf
Just got the car 2 weeks mecedes looking £900+vat then fitting for the camera though this would be my answer

The proper W221 interface gives 'reversing lines' on the camera picture (i.e telling you where the car will go) assuming the dealer set it up properly

I'd get the proper factory fit one retrofitted - its not particularly difficult to install and will work properly for sure

If I give you the vin number would you know were i could get the proper kit and what price it would be and is it hard to fit could i fit it the car is W221 2006
