nice colour, nice wheels, but top of the price range for a 2000 i think. My own experience is that a dealer would NEVER miss a chance to mention service history. Add to that credit to its former keeperS - how many? hmmmmmmm

Unusual colour cubanite on an S class.

I would haggle hard as i bet the trade would give you the usual "only sell in black or silver sir" when you came to trade in.

No pictures from the inside...

Make sure everything is in prime condition, repairs would be very expensive. I'd personally always get a full independent inspection carried out.

Items that must be checked carefully are the airmatic suspension, the climate control and COMAND. Make sure to test the COMAND satnav with a CD.

Not much info on equipment either, although the S500L comes with a massive standard spec.

Don't like the colour it has to be said and probably a good reason to get some of the price off.

hmm , that cubanite is smoke silver or tavertine beige.

cubanite is darker than that. Thats GOLD

its travertine beige, i personally like it, we nearly bought an 05 cdi in it last year for big money - good call not too, would have lost about 8 grand....!

Check if it has fmbsh?If not,either ask owner if you can have a full check done by a Merc service centre.If he hums and hers,WALK AWAY !
