Sat Nav Audio15 head unit

Hi wondering if anyone can help. I have just purchased a 2017 mercedes Vito and it has the Navi button and a slot for an SD card but when I push Navi it says no multimedia device present. Is it possible to get a sat nav SD card and simply pop in or is there additional pieces of kit required? I've been looking online for weeks and none specify for audio15 unit or Vito w447 and don't want to waste money if I can help it as most seem to be for touchpad units.

You need to purchase Garmin Map Pilot on SD-Card.

My suggestion is to buy it from a dealer, or from a seller that will confirm that their product is the right one for your vehicle, based on the VIN.

yeah it's not an easy one to find this. I went into a mercedes dealer yesterday but the.guy said a Garmin SD card should work or they have ones in store but it was priced at £599, I certainly don't want it that bad but would be good to have. I am tempted to try one of the Garmin SD cards to see if it works as they are only around £30 but most say they only work on touchpad screens which obviously puts me off. It almost seems easier to replace the head unit at this rate.
