Update.
I have just spoken to Mercedes Me in Maastricht.
They don't know why its not working in UK but ok abroad.
They don't know why it's not activated or how to activate it.
They say it should not be in my Mercedes Me page as it's not a Comand system.
They don't know if a new 2019 V11 card will solve it or when that will be available.
They don't know why my local Mb dealers don't know anything.
So I'm going to use Google maps for traffic and am now going to have pint.

It says:

'Technical requirements:
The service Live Traffic Information works with every variant of the multimedia system COMAND Online. The service is not available for Audio 20."

I am assuming that this is because the webpage refer to the TomTom subscription (COMAND) and not to the Garmin subscription (Audio20)?

Would be interesting to see if there's a UK webpage describing the Garmin Live Traffic subscription.

Also, do you have TMC working? My understanding is that the TMC service becomes disabled when the Live Traffic subscription is activated, so if you have TMC working then that's probably an indication that Live Traffic service is not currently active.

Ok so I have Map/Pilot and it should be powered by Tomtom. It says in the car on screen that I have no active subscription.
I have an up to date card 10 months old so it should work.

Now TMC is, as I undersatnd, different and nothing to do with the Map/Pilot Tomtom traffic?

How do I know TMC is working? And what was working in Belgium TMC or Tomtom?

It says on the link you sent for my car

"Live traffic information not available for your vehicle due to hardware installed ex factory"

But my OASIS inquiry shows code 367 Live traffic information??

Sorry yes typo. The car is 10 months old Maps are 2018 Software V11 Maps version 10.

Update.

Car was in Mercedes York for a day and a half. Investigating why no live traffic.
They sent out 3 people to explain why it wasn't working and that I should log into Mercedes Me etc......
When I explained that I didn't have the Comand system they all became silent and showed their "not a clue faces"!!
I have explained countless times IT's GARMIN!!

So they have exhibited more profound knowledge by "raising a Technical Question" with Mercedes.

I despair.

Do you still have the original SD card that came with the car?
Our SLC300 lost live traffic when the SD card was replaced with a newer version, but if I use the original SD card, live traffic is returned.

Original card. Live Traffic worked in Belgium recently but not in the Uk.
