Sbc s off

afternoon all. been out today and whilst in stop/start traffic SBC_S came up in the display. the car drove like the brakes were on. pulled over and flicked through the menu buttons and eventually SBC S OFF came up. put car in park, switched off and restarted. car drove fine.

any ideas what the problem is/could be would be greatly appreciated.

p.s car is a 2003 E270 Auto.

you just accidentally engaged SBC STOP function...? You should have disengaged it by pushing cruise stalk or when speed increases enough...
