Service light (how to switch off)?

Hi does anyone know how to switch off the message for servicing a merc a180 2017? I’ve seen quite a few on google and guessing for each model/year it’ll be different.

As above. Why would you want to turn out the light that is reminding you the car needs a service?
The service tech will turn it off once its been carried out.

Its possible her mechanic father serviced it , but can't reset the light ??

... It obviously gets a regular service but don’t know how to get the message off the screen as i don’t take it to merc.

Any competent tech. that is capable of doing the service should also be able to reset the service indicator.

Did your Dad sort the alarm problem yet?
Has he confirmed he put the correct antifreeze in?

Yes the right ones in haha thanks. and it’s been taken to multiple other garages tried everything for the minute the sirens been removed as it recently started to go off whilst i was driving, not sure what else i can do other than pay a fortune at mercedes
