Hi, I'm selling my 18" alloys from my 2003 SL500, someone has enquired on eBay if they would fit on a 1999 S class? Will they fit?
Cheers

R230 offset is 35 S class will take anything between 35 and 44
Even less with spacers
Had et35 on mine

Some R230 alloys come with ET30

I agree, most will fit. Check offset and width.

Sent from my GT-I9300 using MBClub UK

Not sure to be honest, how do I check that?

It`s written on the inside, the number has an ET before it

These are your wheels :

Front alloy wheels: 18x8.5" ET35
Wheel part number: MER B66474060
Additional alloy part number: A2304010402

Rear alloy wheels: 18x9.5" ET40
Wheel part number: MER B66474061
Additional alloy part number: A2304010502

In MY opinion, these will fit a 220 s class no problem, but will sit closer to the arches than the original wheels.

My wheels are the same size, but ET44 and there is still a fair bit of space for a more aggressive offset.

Perfect fit
They will look aggresive - nice set up

Thanks lads, much appreciated!
