SL350 3.7 R230 Wanted

[SL300-24]

I am looking for a 3.7 SL350 5 speed, ideally 2005/6 pre facelift. Must have a good service history and ideally glass roof.
Maximum £4k Cash waiting for the right car.

A few on AT at the moment in your budget.....most have pretty high mileage though.....that said I'm sure that's the first place you looked!!

There was one for sale on the forum recently but I think he was looking for £5k - not a million miles apart though price wise!

I’d imagine with an R230 it would be worth seeking out the best possible example within budget - quite a few less expensive cars will no doubt need a lot of money spending on them of course.

Thanks, I have seen quite a few within budget with under 100k miles. Most seem to be silver which is my least favourite colour. Seen (what looks like) a very nice car for £3,500 with full history, 80k miles in silver. It would be perfect in a different colour.
The one on the forum looks nice and we have communicated, but we have not come to an agreement on price at this stage unfortunately.
