I think it was a bit of a left field suggestion in case the loom could have been flipped over - the individual coil connections couldn’t be mis-wired on each bank as they are specific in length from back to front, but if the loom could be upside down?
Not sure what else is on the loom sections that feed the coils - if there’s connectors for other stuff then it’s pretty unlikely but it does make you wonder!
