I have searched high, and low, View attachment 144107 for one of these Central Breather Hoses for a frinds SL600 .Any one know where ti get one from ? Thanks

MB Poole used to be an MB Classic parts stockist, possibly the only one.

That was a few years ago so no idea whether they still do but it might be worth a try as I seem to recall they did have quite a few SL bits but, having said that, I can't imagine that there was much demand for SL600 parts.

Whenever I'm looking for something hard to find, I save the search on ebay. That way I get an email alert when someone lists the item for sale. Maybe save "Breaking R129" and also the part name/number in a separate search. Best of luck with it.

Problem is that R129 SL600s were reasonably rare, so not many breaking. But always worth a try.

MB at Poole are no longer the old parts people

I came across a Facebook group, “Mercedes SL R129 owners”. Mostly from the US and SL600’s a plenty there. Might find it through them.

Poole was my go to for bits for my 129. Any MB parts counter can get the same bits if still available these days.
That group is mainly USA owners..

EndlessMonyPit thanks i will get him to do the same in the USA Ebay site . i will try Pool I searched for days , I even did a google image search ,that only showed up one at Autodoc .So i went in to it ,,and yes,, guess what NLA Iwill keep looking .And search for Pool alos Thanks to every one .
