Slam on

Hello all,

Anyone been the victim of a "Slam On"?

I have just had a very very close call with a driver who at a merge in turn after setting off from trafic lights, where I was ahead, firstly accelerated and undertook me, forcing me into the path of an oncoming car then, deliberatly braked hard to a complete halt suddenly, and for no reason whatsoever. I managed to stop behind him and he then dorve off!.

My Daughter who is expecting her first child was in the car with me. I am incensed because she has, without wanting to go into personal details had a lot of problems conceiving.

What action would you take? Do I report the driver or put it down to experience?

Hi there,

Probably worth reporting , that way they will have a heads up on the car doing this if it should happen to someone else.

Glad no one was injured .
