My Classic was suffering from about a 10% decline in power as well as having a slight difficulty in starting. I changed the Coils which made no difference. I then changed the Lambda sensors and noticed oil in the connection of the front Lambda sensor. The change of sensors made no difference. I brought it to my trusted mechanic who told me that the Magnetic Cam Valve is not functioning correctly and that it is leaking oil into the wiring which is feeding into the computer connections and eventually into connections such as the Lambda sensor. I replaced the Magnetic Cam Valve where there was excessive oil in all the connections, I cleaned all possible connections with electrical cleaner all the way to the computer.
The car performance improved, the car also started instantly and the fault code referring to KLA Misaligned is cleared.
The Cam Valve is located at the front of the engine block, just behind the temperature sensor, which will need to be removed before the Cam Valve can be changed. Plug this hole with somethingif possible while replacing the Cam Valve.![Eek! :o :o](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f631.png)
