Smartest SEC around he garantees it!!!!

That's the 3rd or 4th time it's been on ebay. It has never once attracted a bid at his silly starting price.

£10k valuation? By Stevie Wonder:D

Mine is in similar condition to that one, has all the AMG suspension/kit, is a year newer, has 30k less on the clock and with a near FMSH and I paid over a grand less than his starting bid.

No one wants them at silly money as they are sooooooooooooooooo thirsty! 10mpg on a good day!

That AMG badge looks so well positioned, looked genuine*!

*Lie

So, its had a 'full' AMG conversion and yet they put Carat Duchatelet wheels on it , a non-AMG steering wheel , managed to put the gearknob on backwards  a bonnet star where there shouldn't be one , some nice chrome arches and an AMG badge that is from the wrong era ?

Looks like the boys at AMG might have been rushing this one on a friday before they went down the pub .....

Conversely, i quite like the brown/cream interior :)

Is that an AMG motor in there, i think the AMG ones do have the polished air housing, and that looks like a little plaque on it too !

I didn't notice the bonnet star:D Looks, er, wrong. It would be one of the few occasions that I wouldn't mind some yoof nicking it.

Engine looks a stock 500 to me. Doesn't have an AMG engine plate either.

Its a genuine AMG series 1 kit. The rear spoiler believe it or not is actually a genuine AMG spoiler! Normally fitted to the widebody version, way too excessive in my opinion though!

The bonnet badge is a joke:crazy:

Interior does look nice, but still not keen on brown, or gold! Could look really nice if it was a darker colour.

On the W126s the AMG Series 1 Kit is for pre-face lift cars isn't it?

Its a 83 model so is the Series 1. The Series 2 cars came out late 86 early 87 and had revised lower mouldings and an indicator in the wings. The interior etc were slight updated.

Wood trim finish was one of the main interior chnages on the face lift cars and the parcel shelf's speaker grills were changed too. I miss my W126...

It's back on AGAIN.

I don't think he gets the message that it's not worth even the starting price.

He must have spent about £50 just on listing fees thus far.
