SmartTop

I finally got around to installing a SmartTop in my beautiful e class cabriolet. It will allow me to open or close the top using the key fob or just one touch of the lever in the car. I can also now open, or close, the roof when on the move.

Had one on my C70 Volvo. Well worth the couple of hundred quid imo. I don't know why the functions aren’t standard. They were on my Saab 9-3 vert

The Volvo C70 was my last car and I also put one on it, as well as the SLK before that. As you said, they should be standard features on any convertible.

I don’t have one on my JZR three wheeler though - possibly because it doesn’t have a roof: or sidescreens: or wipers: or doors for that matter….
