Speedtronic issue - drive to workshop!

and
Yes. I have installed the HOEDUS model on a w209 model.
Front 7.5Jx17 ET 34 + 12mm spacer
Rear 8.5JX17 ET36 + 15mm spacer

and yes... the wider tires are fitted to the rear axel.

Previously I had an A207 model installed with the same tires
7.5Jx17 ET45 + 12mm spacer (front)
8.5Jx17 ET48 + 20mm spacer (rear)

no problems occured with that setup.

Faulty sensor or difference in rolling radius would be my guess.

Final updates:

Seems that the differences in rolling radius had an effect and caused the sensor errors. @Bobby Dazzler

As soon as I changed the tyres the error dissaparead but it appeared again a few times.

Maybe the differences had faulted after all one or some of the sensors.

IF........ If the OP had taken their car to a Mercedes-Benz main dealer to have the vehicle connected to their diagnostic equipment, would it also get all the relevant updates, or would the car have to have a service to get this free procedure.
