I have a set of virtually new Pirelli Sottozero3 full winter MO tyres, M+S, Extra Load 94V, sizes 235/40/18 and 255/35/18. They came with the SLK, and lived in the rafters of the previous owner's garage; since I acquired them in March, they've lived in the rafters of mine.
When I say virtually new, they all have 7.9-8.0 mm of tread. They have no damage, sidewall scuffs or repairs; one of the rears still has a remnant of the label adhering to the tread.
From a forum member I'd take £400 for the set; that's not much more than half what a discount tyre dealer like Camskill or Black Circles will charge for new. They'll be going on eBay and Gumtree in a couple of days if they aren't sold on the forum.
