Sun roof blind

I have a 2009 e350. I opened the sun roof blind and it’s now stuck in open position. Can hear it click as though it’s going to work but just doing move. The sunroof is also stuck but not worried about that as never open it. Just like the blind to shut to keep the sun off my head

Sometimes it helps hitting sun blind motor with a rubber mallet.
But then you have to remove parcel shelf to access the motor.
