Swirl Flap Actuator fault W212 E200 CGI

The CEL is on. Star diagnosis revealed the swirl flap actuator is faulty.
I replaced the actuator (motor) but the issue persists. Teach-in fails .
Code P2006. Anyone encountered such an issue?

I inspected all fuses and all are ok. A blown fuse normally would cause one or more other thing to not work.

Will take the car to a garage. I lack the right tools to check the wiring.

It may be just a misaligned pin in the connector.
Try disconnecting and check for corrosion or
dislocated pins.

Hi Kam,
I’m about to tackle mine when I get home from working offshore. Did you manage to get the motor out without removing EGR and other bits n bibs? Take it you have OM651 engine.

Probably installed on wrong position it needs a certain position to function properly
