One thing that annoys me about the Mercedes car mats is they lack a piece that covers the foot rest. Does anyone know of a company that supplies good quality mats that have a piece that covers the foot rest? The carpet on the foot rest is looking a bit worn now.

I just bought an off cut of carpet and glued it to my left shoe. Job done.
