Righty, found Woking okay... as usual (and I blame Nokia Maps) I stumbled at the last hurdle and got well lost until happening past my target quite by chance

Introduced to Alfie he quickly set to work. In double quick time he installed an MB sat nav antenna, checked my cluster coding and removed that dreadful kmh nonsense from the status line,

Oh and he pre-coded my instruments to accommodate the Comand system I am seeking at the moment.

A complete gent, I was soon on my way with a chuffed expression and head swelled from the advice and info I received.

10/10 get over there for your coding and MB upgrades as soon as you can!

Been there, done that! Whole heatedly agree, Alfie is the man

Had my Comand and the rest of the coding work done recently by Alfie. Can't fault him, he did a great job and made my coupe a little something special!!

And unique to you...

And, who the heck wants to watch the speed in kmh anyway :D

My thoughts exactly. I keep my lower display on outside temp most of the time now. I also like using the digital speedo on trips around the North Circ as there are so many cameras.

Oh and this morning I set off from home with the reserve light on, used the digital fuel gauge so I knew had more than enough to get to a cheaper petrol station a few miles away than the nearest :D

And now I know my car is locked just by looking at it as the mirrors fold automatically.

The list goes on... :bannana::bannana::bannana::bannana:

Alfie gets my recommendation too. Top service from a top man!

How do you get rid of the kmph then and have outside temp instead.
I did have this tried by a very nice Indi but we could not seem to find the option in the STAR system??

You get Alfie to do it! :thumb::D

It's UK mode deletion, something to do with the region the cluster is coded for.

Yeah we did try, as you posted about this for me before, but we tried a few other regions but still no luck:dk:

Seem to remember reading a post saying Rest of the World?

You are not far from Alfie, get the guru to do it..

Dazzler - Sutton Surrey -> Woking Surrey is not that far ;-)

Most of this stuff needs factory mode which (a) is in German and (b) most people can not access - and then you need to work out how it is done !
