My first job when I left college was at the main Ford dealership. Shortly after I started, the Consul/Granada range was introduced, after legal wranglings with Granada TV over the name. I had to fetch one of the first showroom cars over from our bodyshop some 5 miles away, the day before the official unveiling. I got such a rollocking for leaving it in front of the showroom for five minutes, instead of at the rear, whilst I was finding out where it had to go! I remember the last of the Mk lV Zephyrs leaving the showroom, facelifted with a new rad grille and different hub caps, but can't remember what was done to the Zodiacs. The new Consul 3.0 GTs were handy tools for many police forces, and a serious piece of kit.

PS, Ted - in the hopes that you are in the driver's seat, is that a young Cliff Richard or a girl you are with? (No offence - my hair was longer in the early 70s!!)

if it sells early or the seller ends it without selling then the listing should remain but says its ended early.

it only comes up with that screen if ebay remove it.

i guess it must have been some sort of scam and ebay have pulled it.
