Tinny rattle when excelerating

My 2004 3.2 viano has started to produce a tinny rattle from the drivers side front, when I excelerate. It goes when I let off power. Checked under but can't see anything obvious. Any thoughts please

If all shields are ok it could be a cat rattling.

Some of the heat shields will be hidden by the plastic under trays, you may need to remove them to get a proper look at the shields.

Thanks for your ideas, we are away in Devon, live on Isle of Wight, do we need to find someone to look at it or should it be OK to get us back. Sorry complete newbe

Replacement cat will do it. Pattern ones shouldn’t be too expensive
