To reguarly activate ABC system..or not?

Although in all the time I have owned my CL500. I have never activated my ABC system height adjustment. Mainly because I want to avoid undue stress on the pump and system.
I have been thinking. Do you think it makes sense to activate the hight system every now and then to exorsise it. Or does this not matter that the car always sits at its lowest point/level, to in my eyes reduce stress on the system?
What's the general consensus about this theory?

It should only require 'exorcism' if it's haunted. If the car is generally free from spooks, poltergeists, spectres and other supernatural phenomena then you can probably leave well alone.

I would want to use the height adjust once a month, just to keep things active. It shouldnt put any extra stress on the system, pipes and seals will fail with age regardless of use.

It shouldn't make any difference as the individual ride heights are altering constantly due to road undulations and bumps.
