Tyre pressures

Jimmy, do you have daily sex by any chance?

The slight pressure imbalance side to side is probably due to the tyres on one side being sat in direct sunlight for a time and the tyres on the other in shade. Recommended tyre pressure settings are for tyres when cold iirc [Tires are considered cold when the vehicle has been parked for three hours or more, or if the vehicle has been driven less than a mile (1.6 km) at moderate speed.] A fast motorway run will raise them 3 - 4 psi

Ha Ha Jimmy when you get the drinks in i bet its pot luck if everyone gets there drink:D

The OE 19” alloys on my 350 are shod with 245/35/ZR19 93Y FR. & 275/30/ZR19 96Y R.

I feel that tyre pressures are set high to increase MPG.

At 35psi all round the rear centres thread wears down quickly and the ride is harsh.

Reduce to 33 psi the ride is improved with with no change to overall handling.

If you use the car tyre monitoring system when driving you can see how quickly the psi increases over a short drive.

I use Cont 5p on my car and that tyre suits my car.
