Tyres CLS63 2008

I have a 2008 CLS63 with 19" wheels. The rears are 285 30 R19Y and each time I search for online it suggests 35 profile not 30. Am I running something non standard? I have been trying to get a new Pirelli P Zero Rosso to match the other (which is virtually new so I dont want to buy a pair). Never had trouble getting them in the past, but really struggling to find a supplier that stocks them this time. Other P zeros offer a different tread pattern and i wouldnt want to mix them.

Any thoughts welcome guys.

When I bought my AMG III wheels (from a CLS), the stock tyres were 285 30 19 so 30 is correct.
