Unable to connect to personal hotspot

Own a Mercedes 2015 bluetec premium sports plus

Command system is NTG5E

Tried everything Bluetooth pairs ok to iPhone 11 pro

Can play music and calls - no issues

Can’t use internet on the command system as it tries to connect to my phone but doesn’t works!! I can see the personal hot spot two blue rings appearing on my iPhone and also the two orange arrows on the command screen. This goes on for ages then

Call Mercedes customer service and ask to speak to the Mercedes Me team.
Could be something simple that needs to be reset.

Update:


Went back to the dealer. They did a software update. It works now. My NTG5E connects to my phone personal hot spot now

However when I try to open Internet Radio on command it’s tried to load but comes up with an error opening this page. The same if I try to open any website in the web browser?

I often get the same issues.

It is very hit and miss, also the internet radio doesn't have my usual radio station yet the same app on the phone does.

Not really.
Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

If the other online features work OK - weather, local search, etc - then the Internet radio service is down, which happens from time to time, as Mikesmith29 said.
