Unable to establish Internet connection

Any help appreciated!
Although I can find my home WiFi after entering the correct password etc it doesn’t establish a connection?

It would help if you gave details of the vehicle and the model type of the infotainment system you are trying to connect to 👍

Is it designed to connect to home WiFi or 3/4 G?
