Units stuck at kms not to miles

Hi, I have an E class 2017 (recently purchased), every time I start the engine the units are showing as kms rather than miles.
Any suggestions what to do to keep them as miles

What 'units'?

UK Mercs will always display the speed in kmh somewhere on the instrument cluster. But apart from that, the main speedometer and the trip odometer should all be displaying miles.

Unless the car was used in Europe? You can check the units setting in the instrument cluster menu.
