Viano Arm Rests?

Hi,

Every Viano I have seen in the UK has had outer armrests on the middle row of seats. I ordered some seats and when I went to collect them after driving 150 Miles, they had no armrests on (despite confirming in advance that they did).

The owner of the garage I purchased from was away and I was informed he would be in touch when he got back from holiday.

I have now been informed by them that they believe Viano seats don’t have outer arm rests - despite every other Viano I have seen in the UK having them, as well as being able to find photos online, all showing the arm rests.

Could anyone shed some light on this for me - I’m referring to the Lugano Leather Reclining seats, with a middle-row set of 2+1.

I think that the EPC lists both. Did you specifically want the bench seats we found them really heavy our last Viano had them? The individual seats are more useful and comfortable and of course the folding table which are current Viano has.

It was a few years ago and the seats were cloth not leather.
The rear 2+1 seats had no outer arm rests as the Vito had the rests within the inner side panels.
The middle 2+1 seats had the arm rests as otherwise the occupants would depend on the sliding door for support and they're too far from the seats.
All this is from memory and I'm not sure but think the middle seats might not fit into the rear area due to the arm rests
I sold both 2+1's for a tidy sum and as above went for 4 leather captain seats that cost less.

The 4 captain seats that came with the Viano all have arm rests both sides, maybe they're designed to be less wide??
